When this is useful.
The audit is most useful when a business can identify repeated work, a known delay, inconsistent output, scattered information, or a process that becomes more expensive as the company grows.
It is less useful when the only goal is “add AI,” there is no workflow owner, the required information cannot be accessed responsibly, or nobody can define how the result would be measured.
No particular outcome, implementation acceptance, cost saving, or revenue result is guaranteed. Any paid work begins only after a separate written scope.
