From implementing AI to building it.

One1 Studio started as a business AI consulting and implementation company. We mapped how work actually moved through a business, found the bottleneck that cost the most, and built the smallest useful system around it. That work included an assistant adopted across 50 Skool communities and a research and LinkedIn content system for a vitamin company, both documented on the case studies page.

The projects that held up had the same shape: one narrow job, a clear point for human review, and a cost that was visible before the work began. Those lessons now shape the products we design, build and run ourselves. The first is Phillipe.

Phillipe itself started with a search. Max spent a long time looking for an AI video editor that could make videos look genuinely good, with masks, text puzzling and engaging edits, and couldn’t find one. So he built his own. It worked, but it lacked an editor’s touch. That’s when he met Sebastian Gonzalez Capdevielle, a professional video editor who has edited for brands and creators like Whop and Clix. Sebastian was skeptical that AI could edit like a professional. They taught it the way Sebastian teaches his students and iterated until it produced a decent edit. Then they built Phillipe together: an AI editor that doesn’t just edit videos. It edits them with taste.

Max Ferrer founded One1 Studio and co-founded Phillipe with Sebastian Gonzalez Capdevielle. He started One1 Studio after learning that technical knowledge alone did not create a viable service: his first AI venture found no clients because it lacked a niche and a clear result.

The same lesson shapes the studio’s products. People do not need an impressive AI demo. They need a finished result for a job they already do, which for Phillipe is turning footage of yourself talking into a video worth posting.
